Health and Wellness

Debmarine Namibia has a robust holistic wellness programme in place which includes an on-site voluntary counselling and testing (VCT) programme. Anti-retroviral therapy is available free of charge to all affected employees and their life partners. The Company also conducts regular on-site baseline screening check-ups for early identification of chronic and acute illnesses and to educate, counsel and refer employees with chronic and acute illnesses.
